By installing or using Lunifest ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Lunifest is

Lunifest is a **personal-growth and journaling tool**. It provides guided manifestation techniques, affirmations, timers, journalling prompts and reminders.

What Lunifest is not

Lunifest **does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal or professional advice**, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Nothing in the app is a promise, guarantee or prediction of any outcome, result, income, recovery or life event. The techniques are presented as traditional and contemporary practices, along with the context in which they are understood. Where the app refers to published research, that research describes the mental **state** being studied — it is not evidence that any particular outcome will follow.

If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Your content

Anything you create in the app — writing, recordings, images, statements — is **yours**. It stays on your device. We claim no licence over it and have no access to it.

You are responsible for your own content, including making sure you have the right to use any image you add to a vision board.

Acceptable use

Please do not reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app; interfere with the advertising it carries; or use it for anything unlawful.

Ads

The app is free and supported by advertising. Ad content comes from third-party networks and is not endorsed by us. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Because your data is local, an update never deletes your practice history — but you should still keep your own exports of anything you would be upset to lose.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
