Your Data & Deletion
Exactly what Lunifest stores, where it lives, and how to export or delete every bit of it.

Where your data lives
On your device. That is the whole answer.
Lunifest stores your practice in a local database on the phone or tablet itself. There is no account, no server and no cloud backup operated by us. Your writing never travels over the network.
What is stored
| What | Where | Sent to us? |
|---|---|---|
| Journal and scripting entries | Local database on your device | No |
| Statements and repetition counts | Local database on your device | No |
| Vision-board images | Local app storage on your device | No |
| Own-voice recordings | Local app storage on your device | No |
| Streaks, history, favourites | Local database on your device | No |
| Settings and reminder times | Local device preferences | No |
| Advertising identifier | Handled by the ad networks | By them, not us |
Export everything
**Settings → Export data.** This writes a JSON file containing your entries, statements, progress and settings, and hands it to your device's share sheet. Save it wherever you like — it is yours, in a plain readable format.
Delete everything
Two ways, both immediate and complete:
- **In the app** — Settings → Delete all data. This wipes the local database and stored media.
- **Uninstall** — removing the app removes its local storage with it.
Because we never receive your practice data, there is nothing on our side to request deletion of. If you would like your advertising identifier reset, do that in your device's own settings.
Requesting deletion of anything else
If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, write to hello@lunifest.com and we will delete it.
Data safety summary
For clarity, matching the categories used by app stores:
- **Data collected:** none that identifies you
- **Data shared:** none by us; advertising identifiers are processed by AdMob and AppLovin under
- their own policies
- **Data encrypted in transit:** yes, for ad requests (there is no other network traffic)
- **Deletion available:** yes, in-app and by uninstalling
