369 Method
What it is
Inspired by Nikola Tesla's fascination with the numbers 3, 6 and 9, this is the world's most popular manifestation writing ritual. You'll choose one clearly worded desire statement and write it 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night for 33 days. The steady repetition keeps your intention in sharp focus, anchors it through the day, and gently trains your attention toward the outcome you're inviting in.
How to practise it
- Choose one desire and shape it into a single, clearly worded present-tense statement.
- In the morning, write your statement 3 times, feeling it as true with each line.
- In the afternoon, pause and write it 6 more times to re-center your focus.
- At night, write it 9 times as the closing note of your day.
- Repeat the three daily rounds for 33 days, checking each session off as you go.
- If you miss a slot, simply continue the next day — consistency over perfection.
Make it land
- Keep your statement under 17 words so writing it stays pleasurable, not tedious.
- Write by feel, not on autopilot — one felt line beats nine rushed ones.
- Use the same wording every time; changing it mid-stream splits your focus.

55×5 Method
A five-day intensive built on focused repetition. Each day you'll write a single affirmation 55 times in one sitting — the same words, the same wish, filling page after page. The number matters less than the immersion: somewhere around the thirtieth line, doubt gets bored and drifts off, leaving just you and your intention. Choose a statement short enough to enjoy writing, because for five days it becomes your daily appointment with what you want.
33×3 Method
The gentler cousin of the 55×5 method: you'll write one affirmation 33 times a day for 3 days. It's short enough to finish with your morning coffee, yet long enough to feel like a real commitment. Three days creates a tight container — a sprint, not a marathon — which makes it a lovely first writing practice or a quick reset when a goal needs fresh energy. Keep your statement present tense, positive, and specific enough to picture.
Scripting
Scripting is journaling from the other side of your wish. You'll write a diary entry from your future self — dated whenever you like — describing a day where your desire has already come true. Instead of 'I want', you write 'I woke up in...', 'I can't believe how...'. The magic is in the sensory detail and the gratitude: the more real the page feels, the more familiar the future becomes, and familiar futures feel reachable.
