How it works

Pick a practice. It opens as a tool.

Not an article about the technique — the technique itself, running. A counter that counts. A timer that times. A page that saves what you wrote.

🔢

Counter pads

The 369, 55×5 and 33×3 methods with tap-to-count repetitions and progress dots that remember your day.

Session timers

Visualisation, SATS and meditation run on a calm countdown ring with a soft closing chime.

✍️

Writing spaces

Scripting, revision, letters to your future self — with the real prompt, autosaved as you type.

🌙

Ritual checklists

Moon rituals, bay leaf, candle and crystal practices, step by step, resetting each day.

🖼️

Vision board

Drop in words and images — stored in your browser, never uploaded.

🎙️

Your own voice

Record affirmations in your own voice and loop them back — the most personal version of the practice.

369 Method

Write·10 min·easy

Inspired by Nikola Tesla's fascination with the numbers 3, 6 and 9, this is the world's most popular manifestation writing ritual. You'll choose one clearly worded desire statement and write it 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night for 33 days. The steady repetition keeps your intention in sharp focus, anchors it through the day, and gently trains your attention toward the outcome you're inviting in.

Scripting

Write·10 min·easy

Scripting is journaling from the other side of your wish. You'll write a diary entry from your future self — dated whenever you like — describing a day where your desire has already come true. Instead of 'I want', you write 'I woke up in...', 'I can't believe how...'. The magic is in the sensory detail and the gratitude: the more real the page feels, the more familiar the future becomes, and familiar futures feel reachable.

SATS — State Akin to Sleep

Sleep·10 min·medium

Neville Goddard's signature technique. SATS means entering the drowsy, floaty state right before sleep — then looping one short imagined scene that implies your wish is fulfilled: the handshake, the keys in your hand, the 'congratulations'. In that half-dream state your imagination is vivid and your inner critic is off duty, so the scene lands deep. You'll use a timer with a gentle fade so you can drift off inside the feeling.

Vision Board

Visualise·10 min·easy

Your goals, made visible. A vision board collects images, words and colors that represent the life you're building — dream home, glowing health, the trip, the title — arranged where you'll see them daily. The board works by ambient exposure: every glance is a tiny rehearsal of your future. Here you'll build a digital board you can carry everywhere, rearrange as dreams evolve, and open whenever you need to remember where you're headed.

Gratitude Journaling

Write·5 min·easy

The simplest practice in this library, and possibly the most powerful. Each day you'll list a handful of things that went right — a good conversation, hot water, a small win at work. The skill you're building is attention: gratitude trains your mind to scan for evidence that life is already generous, and manifestation flows much more easily from 'look what I have' than from 'look what's missing'. Five minutes is genuinely enough.

Visualization

Visualise·10 min·easy

Classic mental rehearsal: you'll spend a focused session picturing your desired outcome as if it's happening now. Athletes use this to pre-live the winning moment; you'll use it to make your goal feel visited rather than distant. Set the timer, close your eyes, and build the scene in rich detail — what you see, hear, feel, even smell. End each session by letting a wave of 'it's done' satisfaction settle in before you open your eyes.

Six ways in.

Some people write their way there. Some picture it. Some need a ritual with a candle and a match. All of it is here.

Privacy, actually

Nothing you write here leaves your device.

Every tool on this site stores its state in your own browser — statements, journal entries, board images, streaks. There is no account, no database, and no analytics profile following you around. Clear your browser data and it is genuinely gone, because there was never a second copy.

The full companion

Take the practice off the browser tab.

The Lunifest app adds three daily reminders per technique, streaks and progress charts, moon-phase rituals, the affirmation of the day, and your whole practice history — still offline, still private.

Coming to Google Play, the App Store and the Amazon Appstore.
